BATLIGO is dedicated to promoting healthy, responsible esports participation and protecting underage users from unauthorized financial commitments.
Participation in paid-entry skill tournaments is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By joining any paid contest, you affirm and warrant that you meet the legal age requirement.
Users under the age of 18 are restricted from depositing real money. Minors may participate only in free community showcase matches with explicit parental or legal guardian supervision.
If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor under their care has registered a paid account without consent, they may contact our support desk at [email protected]. Upon identity confirmation, we will permanently close the account and refund any remaining deposited balance to the original funding source.
Our customer desk and grievance redressal officer are available to assist you.
