We maintain a 100% transparent and automated refund policy to ensure that players' funds are protected against match cancellations, technical errors, and room failures.
If a tournament is cancelled by the community host or platform administration (due to room creation failures, game server maintenance, or insufficient player registrations), 100% of entry fees are automatically refunded to all joined players' wallets immediately.
Players may cancel their tournament slot and receive a full coin refund before the match registration closes. Once tournament room credentials (Room ID & Password) have been published, entry fees become non-refundable to prevent match sabotage and unfair slot vacancy.
If an entire match is cancelled or nullified due to verified hacker disruption or host misconduct, all legitimate participants receive a 100% entry fee refund. Disqualified cheaters forfeit their entry fees.
