These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in competitive esports tournaments on the BATLIGO platform. By registering an account or entering any match, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Platform Role & Nature of Service

BATLIGO provides a technological infrastructure (SaaS) and tournament management platform where independent third-party gaming communities, guild leaders, and platform administrators host competitive video game tournaments.

BATLIGO acts as an intermediary facilitating tournament bracket creation, slot coordination, automated point aggregation, and prize escrow distribution. All tournaments are conducted in third-party video game titles (e.g. Free Fire Max by Garena, BGMI by Krafton). BATLIGO is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers.

2. User Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/legal guardian consent where permitted by applicable local laws) to participate in coin-entry tournaments.
Geographic Restrictions: Users residing in Indian states where local state laws restrict participation in paid skill-gaming competitions (including Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim) are strictly prohibited from participating in paid-entry tournaments. Free showcase matches remain available where legally permissible.
Account Integrity: Each user is permitted exactly one active account. Operating multiple accounts for tournament slot hoarding or referral abuse is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibition of Gambling & Chance-Based Games

BATLIGO strictly prohibits any form of betting, gambling, wagering, casino games, or games of chance. Users cannot wager on matches they are not playing in. All prizes are predetermined based on published rank and kill scoring matrices, determined solely by player skill in video gameplay.

4. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Disqualification

Use of third-party modifications, scripts, aimbots, wallhacks, APK mods, or unauthorized config files is strictly prohibited.
Teaming with opponents in solo matches, feed killing, or intentionally manipulating match results is considered fraudulent.
Violations will result in immediate match disqualification, permanent account ban, and forfeiture of any illegitimate winnings, which will be redistributed to legitimate participants.

5. In-App Coins & Wallet Economy

BATLIGO operates an in-app Coin system where 1 Coin equals 1 Indian Rupee (INR). Coins are used to enter skill matches and represent prize payouts. Deposited coins can only be used for match participation. Only verified prize winnings (Redeemable Balance) and community host commissions can be withdrawn to bank/UPI accounts.
